“Event Horizon”

“Event Horizon” is an exploration of the cosmic boundary defined by David Finkelstein’s 1958 groundbreaking concept. Beas interprets this astronomical threshold where all events cease to be observable by an outsider, translating the enigmatic nature of black holes onto canvas. The vivid colors and sweeping forms evoke the gravitational pull of these cosmic phenomena, once theoretical and now known to punctuate the fabric of space from the smallest stellar remnants to the vast supermassive centers of galaxies. Through a blend of mediums, Beas invites the viewer to contemplate these astronomical wonders, rendering the unseen forces at the fringe of a black hole with a visual intensity that parallels their awe-inspiring scientific significance.
